Short CV
Sergio Spanò received his Bachelor’s Degree in 2015 and his Master’s Degree in 2018 (summa cum laude) in Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. In the same school, he obtained the PhD in Electronic Engineering (summa cum laude) and he is currently a post-doc research fellow. Since 2022 he has been an adjunct professor at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. In addition, he is an adjunct professor at the “Guglielmo Marconi” University of Rome. He has several industrial work experiences in the fields of space and telecommunications. His interests include Digital Signal Processing, Machine Learning, IoT and the development of telecommunication systems. Current research topics include the implementation of Machine Learning accelerators for embedded and low-power systems.
