Short CV

Marco Re holds a Ph.D. in Microelectronics and he is Associate Professor at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” where teaches Digital Electronics and Hardware Architectures for DSP.  He was awarded with two NATO fellowships at the University of California at Berkeley working as visiting scientist at Cadence Berkeley Laboratories. He has been visiting professor at the Technical University of Denmark and collaborates in many research projects with different companies. He his Vice Director of a Master in Audio Engineering. His main scientific interest is the hardware implementation of DSP algorithms, Fuzzy Logic hardware architectures, Hardware-Software Codesign, number theory with particular emphasis on Residue Number System, computer arithmetic, Cad tools for DSP, FPGA Partial Dynamic Programming Design Flows. He is author of about 150 papers on international journals and international conferences.
